At Forme®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your posture-correcting apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included with the garment.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Securely pack your items and drop them off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return documentation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
